Biz Print is a service provided by Bliss
Creative, offering low cost, high quality print products and services. The best
prices are sourced for print products for your business and products are supplied
in a turnaround time of 5-7 working days upon approval or receipt of artwork. Our
products are ideally suited to small to medium sized businesses and for those
who need highly competitive prices.
Products and Services
The products that we offer are described
accurately on our website product pages. These pages may be updated as new
products and prices are introduced.
Refunds and Cancellations
Cancellation must be notified in writing or by email as soon as
possible and printing will not be charged for if notification is received prior to
proofing of artwork, or prior to supplying us with artwork, although the charge
for artwork created by us remains payable. Orders will be processed immediately
upon receipt of artwork or upon approval of artwork created by us. We regret that refund is not possible once printing is
in process.
Procedures such as proofing and collecting correct order information are in place to minimize
the risk of incorrect orders, although from time to time mistakes may occur. In the event that Bliss Creative or their
supplier has provided an incorrect order, and is found to be at fault, a part or full refund or
reprint will be considered. All complaints will be treated in a fair manner.
Artwork & Copyright
We strongly recommend checking and proof reading
your artwork proof carefully for any errors or omissions prior to approval for
artwork created by us, or before supplying us with your own artwork. Biz Print
is not responsible for any errors or omissions, once approval for print has
been confirmed.
Artwork provided by us (Bliss Creative) is subject
to copyright and should not be used in any other way unless otherwise agreed.
Artwork created by us (Bliss Creative) can be used again at no extra charge for
future print orders processed through Biz Print.
Artwork provided by you must comply with copyright
law. Bliss Creative is not responsible for publication of any artwork received that does not
comply with copyright law.
Delivery
Delivery costs are included in the prices shown
as stated next to each product, and no extra charges for this service will be
made. Once your order has been accepted, payment processed and artwork received
or approved, you can expect your order within 5-7 Working Days (excluding
weekends). Your order will be delivered by Express Delivery, to one address in
the UK that has been specified by you upon ordering.
Privacy Statement
In order to operate the PayPal service within
this website we are required to collect certain information about yourself and
your credit or debit card and/or bank account. By consenting to and agreeing
the terms of, the Privacy Policy, you also expressly consent and agree to us
processing your datat in the manner set out in the Privacy Policy. The
information collected is for payment purposes only. Your privacy is important
to us and we will not share your information with any other individuals or
organizations. We will not sell or rent your personally identifiable
information on a list of our customers to any third parties. This Privacy

In order to activate orders, you are required to
make a payment on-line, you must provide your name, address, phone number and
email address. In order to make certain payments through the PayPal Service,
you must provide credit card, debit card or bank account information. If you
are not prepared to present these details, it may be possible to arrange an
alternative payment method ie. by cheque although the order
will not proceed until payment has been cleared.
